1. Prodflow subscription fees, cancellation and refund policy
Prodflow is a monthly subscription-based service (30 days). Three different subscriptions levels are made available to users according to the maximum number of projects. Paying customers may change or cancel their subscription whenever they want free of charge.
1.1. Trial period
Users are entitled to try prodflow prior to subscribing any of the available plans. Upon signing up on prodflow’s platform users will automatically have their accounts set on trial mode for 30 days and will be able to manage a single project without restrictions.
After the 30-day trial users will be prompted to choose a subscription plan and start their paid membership. A paid membership will be required to continue managing an existing project or to start new projects.
1.2. Subscription Fees
Active subscriptions are payed in advance and renew automatically each 30-day period. Upon subscribing prodflow the customer will hereby authorize us to charge his payment method (banking card, Paypal, etc.) with the amount that reflects the price for his chosen plan on a recurrent basis (every 30 days) until the subscription is cancelled. Each client may change his payment method or edit his associated banking card. All changes may be produced on his billing page within prodflow’s online back office.
1.3. Cancellation Policy
As stated in 1.2, paying customers acknowledge that an active subscription is valid for a period of 30 days and charged automatically and in advance on a recurrent basis until a cancellation is issued. Cancellation may be issued by the user on his “billing” profile page, available at prodflow’s online back office once the user logs in his account or through an email notification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the user successfully cancels or notifies prodflow of his intent in cancelling the service he won’t be charged again but will still be able to use the service for the remainder of the current monthly billing period (already paid in advance).
All prodflow subscriptions are billed in advance and valid for a period of 30 days. Therefore, there will be no prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions and every cancellation will be effective on the end of the current billing cycle.
There will also be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active subscription. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
